Thank you for shopping with Hold The Mum! We are a small business based in Kent and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Delivery Area

We currently ship to all addresses within mainland UK only. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or other areas outside of mainland Great Britain.

2. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. This service aims to deliver your parcel within 2-3 business days after dispatch, but please note that this is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

3. Processing Time

  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 business days of receipt.
  • Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or sales periods.
  • Orders placed after 8:00pm will be processed the following business day.

4. Shipping Costs

  • We offer shipping at a flat fee of £3.99 regardless of hamper size.
  • The shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
  • We may offer free shipping for orders above a certain value. Please check our website for current promotions.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number.
  • You can track the progress of your delivery on the Royal Mail website using your tracking number at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
  • Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for your tracking information to become available.

6. Delivery Times

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2-3 business days after dispatch.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or postal service delays, may affect delivery times.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.

7. Undeliverable Packages

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and complete.
  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
  • If a package is not collected from your local Royal Mail sorting office and is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

  • In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • We may require photographic evidence of damage.
  • We will work with Royal Mail to investigate any lost or damaged items and will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
