  • All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, and product availability without prior notice. However, such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us. 

4. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
  • Acceptance of your order will be confirmed via email, at which point a contract is formed between you and Hold The Mum.
  • Payment can be made through the payment methods listed on our website. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to mainland UK addresses only via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control or by the delivery service.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
  • Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Key points to note from this policy:

  • We are unable to offer refunds for returned hampers due to a change of mind or cancellation under the 14-day cooling off period unless the goods are faulty.
  • If your hamper is delivered with transit damage, you must make a claim directly with Royal Mail.
  • Our policy details our responsibilities in the case of faulty or damaged goods which did not occur in transit.
